About Jenny

I began my life as a bodyworker in 1988 when I attended massage school while completing my BA in Psychology. As my practice developed and expanded over the years, I found that my preference was for deep tissue massage which helped people recover from pain (chronic or acute). That love led me to become a Certified Rolfer, which I did in 2001, and then a Certified Advanced Rolfer in 2017.

I have recently added cold laser to my  Rolfing practice and have found it to be a wonderful adjunct to the work I already do. Here is the cold laser that I use:   Erchonia XLR8 cold laser

Since that laser has been so powerful, that I decided to augment my office by adding another laser made by the same company, the Zerona Z6 laser, thus “Best Light” was born.

I’ve also trained as a Life Coach with two different schools, and teach personal development workshops. In all aspects of my work with minds, bodies, and spirits, it is my passion to help people remove blocks and catapult forward. It is my intention to help you present yourself in your Best Light.

I am married to a wonderful man and we have an amazing teenage son. We were thrilled to move to Portland in 2012 and love every minute of it!  Feel free to call or email me with any questions you may have. I’m looking forward to speaking with you!

About James

My journey with massage started because I wanted to be an anthropologist. I have always loved people and their stories. I wanted to connect with people on the deepest levels possible. I wanted to help them as their problems and needs arose. Body work allows me to do both. I fell in love and never looked back. I graduated from massage school in August of 2008 in Reno, Nevada.

Over the course of my career I have worked at a massage school, a world class spa, and owned my own business. I like to call what I do “Relaxing Deep” as I believe it it is important to address the body in specific targeted ways while still allowing for restfulness and integration. In addition to massage, I am a Reiki Master and certified Psychic and Healer. Using my extra senses I look at energies or emotions that may be stagnant in or around the body. I then use a variety of techniques to help my clients release what is blocking them, and keeping them stuck in pain. I do this work on and off the Massage Table.

My Husband and I moved to Oregon in 2015 when he got a job at Nike. It meant saying goodbye to my business and the state of my birth and has opened us up to a fun new adventure. After 30 years of the desert we are happy to live in the magical forest that is the Pacific Northwest! Feel free to call or email me with any questions you may have. I’m looking forward to speaking with you!

About Danyele

I first fell in love with massage my junior year of high school. As a student athlete I often found my body in need of help relieving stress and pain. While in college in the team training room I found myself wanting to learn more about the body and how it worked, and how I could have better posture and recover faster after games. I quickly realized that I was on the wrong educational journey.

I then transferred to East West College of the Healing arts the following year and have been a massage therapist since 2008. I feel very fortunate that I found my passion so early in my life. Over the last 13 years I have worked closely with chiropractors and physical therapists where I enjoy helping my patients navigate collaboratively through their rehabilitation.

My partner and I were both born in Oregon and have a love for adventure. I love travel and crafting, including sewing, making soaps, and decorations.
